On April 9, 10 and 11 we were present at the third edition of the Advanced Factories fair held at the International Convention Center of Barcelona (CCIB).

There we were able to know the latest trends and solutions in machine tools, robotics, process automation and technology that are emerging in the industry with the aim of improving the competitiveness of companies.

In this latest edition of Advanced Factories there have been approximately 300 exhibiting firms such as Accenture and ABB that, like us, have found the perfect space to present their innovative ideas.

The event brought together 16,193 attendees who have mostly been professionals and entrepreneurs in the manufacturing industry. During these three days, they have had the opportunity to meet in this important event the latest systems, in addition to the latest machinery and tools that will allow them to position themselves at higher levels of productivity.

Advanced Factories could include it as a small fair, but select and very specialized since most of the attendees, as we have just mentioned, were multinational companies related to robotics and industrial technologies. Thanks to this, we were able to share our vision of extended and immersive realities with other entrepreneurs, as well as listen first-hand to the applications that other brands are implementing. This gave us the opportunity to make contacts for future collaborations.

Also in this fair participated companies like Trumph, one of the pioneer companies that provide machine tools, with which so far we have carried out three projects. Among them we can highlight the design of its catalogs in Virtual Reality to implement it in all the countries in which this company is located, that is, from Europe to Asia.

We were struck by the great impact and curiosity that aroused our Virtual Reality systems and devices, since a large number of attendees wanted to try the latest glasses models we have acquired.

Innoarea collaborated with one of the most prestigious robotics companies currently, Kuka Iberia, for the development of a mixed reality application that interacted directly with its collaborative robot, Iiwa. For this, the Hololens were used, one of the most advanced mixed reality devices developed by the giant Microsoft.

We also have a physical presence in our own stand, where we offer information about the services of our company in addition to showing our clients the tools of mixed reality, virtual reality and augmented reality that we have.
