InnoAssist is a tool that allows the resolution of incidents in real time using smart glasses, which integrate next-generation augmented or mixed reality systems. It transports all technical knowledge from anywhere in the world the moment it is needed, as well as provide plans, processes and holographic breaks as support for maintenance, repair or installation in the industry. Our “InnoAssist” product enables operators to communicate in real time with an expert through an augmented reality device, without having to move or travel, resulting in a significant decrease in costs and a reduction in the time needed to resolve incidents.

 

There is a direct communication and assistance with a specialist who, through a smart device (smart glasses), guides the person in charge of handling the machine in properly executing the tasks. This live assistance at all times offers greater security throughout the process. Together with the “hands-free” system, it allows the employees to focus all their efforts on the work.

 

The experts will be able to visualize the incidents live from different multiplatform devices (mobile and web), allowing for a great versatility and convenience when using the tool.

The assistant has the option of recording the sessions (both video and audio) and capturing a specific incident for later reference. 

Finally, from the web application you can access the files transferred during previous sessions that remain stored in the cloud.
